We are considering inviting a few guests each season onto our Wadsworth work boat. Not a rail-caught halibut circus. Not a lodge with a skiff. You sleep and eat on the boat. The family that built these hulls and has been operating them for 75 years,  is the family running yours.

The Calendar

• Late May and Late August— Homer to Bristol Bay, and back again.  Enjoy remote wilderness excursions along the way.

• June and July — the boat is tendering in Bristol Bay (no guests those weeks).

• August–September — Kodiak sportfishing, sightseeing, photography, and perhaps Sitka blacktail transport.

Enjoy some of the most pristine, rugged and remote areas of Alaska, with sportfishing and sightseeing.  This is for people who want the working coast, not a brochure coast. This is not for anyone who needs a hotel room every night, or a  full-time fishing guide at the rail. Nothing is available for clients yet - but perhaps in the next few years?  - Doug
